Directions to Shandon Court:
From LIE and Southern State Parkway: LIE to Exit 53 S (Sagtikos Pkwy) to Southern State Parkway East to Exit 45 W (27A/Main St). At the end of the ramp, go left to the traffic light. Make a right at the light and proceed west to 115 East Main Street. Shandon Court is less than a mile on the right.
From Sunrise Highway and Central Islip Courthouses: Sunrise Highway to Exit 46 South (Carleton Ave.) Make a left at the third light after Sunrise Highway, which is Main Street (27A). Proceed east for two blocks to 115 East Main St. Shandon Court will be on the left.

Speaker: Leora F. Ardizzone, a member of the SCWBA Board of Directors, serves Of Counsel to Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where she is a member of the firm’s Health Law Regulatory and Transactional Departments and is a member of the Healthcare Professionals practice group.
This program will provide an overview of health law transactions such as purchase and sales of practices or other licensed facilities, employment agreements, management contracts, business formations and business divorces and the multiple layers of regulation that govern these transactions. The program will highlight the dangers of practicing general law in the health care space without a keen understanding of the regulations governing the business of medicine and the trends in the health care marketplace.
